Tim David is the Director of Esports and Analytics at Game Day Communications, where he leads the development of talent, content, and education of esports in the Greater Cincinnati Area through the Cincinnati Fear. Additionally, as the Analytics Lead at Game Day Communications, he builds custom data-driven dashboards for clients that show complex data sets into visual, storytelling insights.

Before joining Game Day Communications, Tim was the Director of Esports at Mount St. Joseph University where he developed the program under the university’s Athletics Department, one of the first in Cincinnati. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sports Business from Northern Kentucky University.

Outside of work, Tim enjoys playing pickleball, casually competing in League of Legends and World of Warcraft, and cheering on the Philadelphia Flyers and FC Cincinnati.
